Mark Your Calendars: Summer Check-In & Picture Information for 2026-2027
Dear Moorpark High School Families,
We hope you’re enjoying your summer! As we prepare for the 2026–2027 school year, we’d like to share important upcoming events and reminders to help you and your student get a strong start.
 Summer Check-In Days
Summer Check In will take place in the MAIN GYM. Students will have the opportunity to take their ID photo, receive a tentative class schedule, purchase MHS gear, buy a yearbook, secure a parking pass, and more. We’ll share more details as we get closer, but for now, mark your calendars!
Dates & Times: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
- Seniors - Monday, August 10th
- Juniors - Tuesday, August 11th
- Sophomores - Wednesday, August 12th
- Freshman - Thursday, August 13th
 Free & Reduced Lunch Application - Complete and Unlock Exclusive Discounts!
 Before arriving, update your student information in Q and complete the free and reduced-price meals application. Bring the confirmation email to receive a discount on a parking pass or locker, and be entered to win a free homecoming or prom ticket.
 Picture Day (August 10th–13th)
All students will be photographed during their designated check-in day.
 No forms or payments are needed on the day of.
 1–2 weeks after picture day, families will receive an email with access to photo proofs and the option to order online.
 Senior Portraits – Class of 2027
We are excited to announce that Cornerstone Photography is our official senior portrait photographer. While you may receive offers from other studios, only portraits taken by Cornerstone will be accepted for the yearbook. Cornerstone will be sending seniors a Senior Digest via email with booking information.
Appointments will take place this summer, so please be sure to schedule yours promptly to be included in the yearbook.
